Switchen Users between oauth and local auth #1538

Hello everyone,

it would be very usefull to switch users from oauth to local and from local to oauth.

Why ?

If the oauth provider fails, closes or anything else I need to recreate all users as local and might break some existing structures and right.

A lot of Admins switch to oauth afterwards, since it is hard to configure and they would also end in an recreation of the entire userbase.
