missing jak2_data.csv

can't find jak2_data.csv in the data folder.

This is the same as issues #1 and #7 . As pointed out by @Mariewelt, the jak2_data.csv they use has proprietary data and cannot be shared.

My suggestion is to add at least a sample file with the correct structure, so as to show the required format.

@ylp812 @gmseabra I downloaded JAK2 dataset from CHEMBL and uploaded it into data folder. Now everything should work
