The proposed fund would allow a community governance board to fund initiatives to benefit the greater IPS community.

Some example initiatives may include:

Giveways / Airdrops for marketing purposes
Bounties for a particular effort
Social media campaigns
Community supported projects

The proposal would be to target 3% of block rewards to our development team, that is roughly 1296 rewards per month.
