ipmitool lan set vlan id ~ need return something

ipmitool lan set vlan id ~ successed or failed both return nothing, that is not friendly to freshman.

Unfortunately that is not specific to lan set vlan id. ipmitool in general is very inconsistent about the return codes.
I don't feel like fixing a single very specific command is what needs to be done, but I unfortunately lack time to to the full-scale refactoring.

Anyone is welcome though to submit a PR with that job done.
