Request

(Primary) Reorganize content and make UX enhancements that will allow IPLD documentation to be more accessible and consistent
(Secondary) Redesign of ipld.io landing page

Background

IPLD.io holds important documentation and references for IPLD, however clunky UI makes it difficult to navigate. The site currently uses a default skin from static site generator e11ty that is outdated and off-brand.

To Do (UX focus)

  • UX audit of the landing page
  • Audit of docs pages
  • Agree on landing page redesign
  • Usability testing ipld.io
  • Implement design changes

2022-10-04 IPLD triage conversation: for implementing, @AlexxNica is interested in helping. He'd start first on the design change given not requiring as much collaboration with engineers (unlike content changes).
