E-Mail templates re-send configuration must be configured per language

The three Email re-send options for an email template must be indididually configured per language. Meaning that I can have different settings for English and for German. Is this behaviour intended?

I don't think it makes sense. Imagine a tenant with e.g. 10 languages. Since the settings are configured individually per language, the settings must be applied to each and every language manually. I would expect that this is a setting relevant for the email template in general, not for a specific language.
