user credentials for s3-ui #163

Hi all,

I hope your day and work will going well.

Now, I have an issue in s3-portal-ui , I installed both s3-portal-api and ui but, i cant login to s3 ui and i cant create user .

Kindly help me resolve this issue and give me a default username and password for s3-ui.
