Default Tax Category Option #9440

It would be handy to specify the default Tax Category when the Calculate Taxes option is enabled.

I mostly invoice for services but when using this option, the default Tax Category is "Physical goods" if nothing is selected.

It would be good to have this as "Services" by default without having to remember to specifically choose services.

I'm aware you can choose the tax category for products, but most of the time I will just enter "Labour" for the line item.
