Additional context
Background:
We have some hardware that we rent and receive back to our customers for some period of time. All of this items are similar eg. printer, LCD monitor, cable. Also item vendor and model are usually the same. So we decided to stick QR code to each item which is some kind of serial number. Now each QR code is separate item in Invoice Ninja.

Wish:
We would like to use Invoice Ninja mobile app to handle rental/return of items maybe via new type of document and ability to quick scan QR codes. Also would be great to create single item and add "serial numbers" management to them instead of creating duplicate items just to track them.

Do you think it's possible to implement?
