Ideas on source of "sh: 1: php: not found"?

Occasionally, Invoice Ninja will write this to stderr and it's reported in my php81-fpm/error.log.

sh: 1: php: not found

What could be responsible for it? It seems to appear roughly every five minutes. The two Laravel scheduled tasks that run every five minutes are queue-size-job and Closure at: app/Console/Kernel.php:101. I don't know what those are.

Every 5 minutes, the system will attempt to run php artisan queue:work database

I found the cause and effect of the message written to stderr. Every time the site is checked for uptime:

it results in this output to stderr

[20-Dec-2023 09:08:36] WARNING: [pool xxxxxx.xx] child 1541822 said into stderr: "sh: 1: php: not found"

ah, it is a HEAD request, which is not supported on the / route... so this feels like a 404 error.

I'm not sure what the best way is for Laravel applications to play nicely with uptime-checking services, but that's your department! Thanks for your excellent work.
