Invoices will not print or download in bulk (from reports page)

Hardly. Go to 'reports', choose 'Invoice', set the range to 2020-01-01 till 2024-01-01, go to the 3 dots menu (to the right of 'export') and choose 'download'. It will tell you that it want to download 25 invoices. Next it tells you that you will get an email when the file is done but of course I won't receive an email from the demo site, so I can not check if the zip file got created.

This is for printing. In the app the circle keeps spinning.
For Downloading there is no error but I never get an email and it doesn't look that the file is created.

In my ps auxwww i see very short a process snappdf but it disappears very fast.

Describe the bug

Invoices won't print or download if asked for a bunch of them via reports.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to 'reports', choose 'Invoice', set the range to 2020-01-01 till 2024-01-01, go to the 3 dots menu (to the right of 'export') and choose 'download'. It will tell you that it want to download many invoices. Next it tells you that you will get an email when the file is done. The email never arrives and probably there is no file created

Expected Behavior

An email with a link to a zip file to download the invoices in bulk

Additional context

Reported this multiple time, in 5.7.55 or earlier there was a template bug that was solved but the result is still not the wanted zip file

This above error is when printing, when downloading no error is logged.

Sounds like this is too much for your server to compute in 30seconds?

Could be, but that is with printing, with downloading there is no error, but also no email or file. BTW where would such a file be? in /usr/share/invoiceninja/storage or something? Maybe it's there but I don't know where to look. The email is not being sent anyway.

I don't get it. Are you seriously suggesting that the 30 sec run time limit is the problem? I can up that to 3600 seconds. I'll try.

After upgrade to v5.7.62-L145 the printing started working, but I had to increase the 30 seconds max execution time. Increasing max exec time didn't help in the previous version at all. So now the printing is working. Cool.
