Hello,

I have installed self hosted version v5.2.12. Invoiceninja shows an error when I trying to generate a PDF invoice.

Does anyone know how to fix this error?

This looks like a configuration issue with your application.

If you inspect the browser console you may see more information - if using apache, make sure you have a mod_rewrite enabled and also ensure your APP_URL in your .env file is correct and has the full path.

mod_rewrite is default enabled in the .htaccess

The .env file contains correct APP_URL:
APP_URL=https://and.com/invoiceninja/public/

Is there any other site I should check out?

What is the full URL the application is trying to find the pdf at?

I see an error when I inspect the browser console. I think the URL that the application is trying to find when I generate a PDF is:

https://and.com/ninja/client/invoice/n3zQYo7tnfW2CC1XjKaxChZLQz09oe1TN8mU5n7F0LsXeK6D3T2jNwlGQNGup9tM/download?t=1626800413483

This directory doesn't exist.

It looks like you are rewriting /public out of the URL, if you wish to do this, then you would also need to remove /public/ from your APP_URL in your .env file.

I have reinstalled invoiceninja in a new subdomain like "invoiceninja.domain.com" instead of using a path like "domain.com/invoiceninja" and the problem has been solved.
