Inclusive Tax for Line items by default option

If you have Invoice Item Tax Rates enabled (but not calculate taxes), each time you create a new line item in the invoice, the default tax option is "no tax" for each line item. You have to choose whether you want to include taxes for that line item with the drop down.

It would be good to have an option to defaultly apply tax to line items, rather than exclude them from tax. You can use the calculate taxes option in settings but then this starts utilising tax categories where the normal Invoice Item Tax rates does not.
