Bank csv import

Hello,
on selfhosted with docker:

is there a possibility to import the csv also via command line or place the bank csv into a special directory to import into invoice ninja ? like an upload folder where i can rsync bank csv's for example and invoice ninja looks there and does tzhe import ?
