Declaration USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT permission

Currently, my application is on the Play store using notifee library, and got the warning on the Play console. And that I had until May 31 to solve it.
In my application, I'm using it to display local push notifications.
There are anyway to remote USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT permission.

I'm using notifee "7.8.0"
