Android 14: Local push notifications don't disappear until user dismiss or touch them

I'm using Local push notifications for chat notifications or other calendar reminders, but after the notification appears, it doesn't disappear for a long time until the user dismisses or taps it.

Is there any setting related to how long the notification is displayed/is there any way to change this setting?
