[Android] notifee.openAlarmPermissionSettings() on Samsung phone (Android 14) just goes to Settings app

On a Samsung phone (Android 14) calling notifee.openAlarmPermissionSettings() just opens the Settings app and doesn't direct the user to the app's notifications settings like it does on Pixel 5 (Android 14).

Has anyone else experienced with a Samsung a device?
