When turning off the Fediverse integration, the profile is still visible from Mastodon, with all its old updates. I’m not sure that’s what is expected when someone turn it off. I don’t know ActivityPub, but there might be a way to say a signal to say “profile deleted” or something like this, or at least get all the posts removed? It could either be automatic, or something optional asked to you when unchecking the Fediverse integration.

Looks like cache invalidation from Mastodon servers should be triggered, probably by sending them Delete activities, when a user is unchecking the Fediverse integration checkbox.
