I'm not sure about enabling Github Discussions, as we already have several places for discussion. The current recommended way to do discussions would be to bring the topic to the corresponding chat room and add the conclusion to the wiki, where meaningful (ex: here https://wiki.inventaire.io/wiki/Guides)

@maxlath, a wiki is a wiki, not a forum. It's certainly asynchronous, but that's its sole similarity. Chat rooms are synchronous, so they don't appear relevant.

There are also github issues with a discussion label applied to them. I would prefer this way instead of opening an additional interface.
