Describe the bug

invenio_communities/templates/semantic-ui/invenio_communities/frontpage.html contains a hardcoded string with the value invenio_app_rdm_users.communities. This causes a problem when the user is authenticated and 'My communities' are being loaded. It should be either configurable or the value should be from the package invenio_communities.
