Package version (if known): v12

Describe the bug

A new user (but confirmed) submits a record to a community and gets "Deleted User" in the "Creator" section of the "Discussion" page.

bug_created_marked_as_deleted_user

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create and confirm user
  2. Submit record to community
  3. Go to Discussion page
  4. See error

Expected behavior

The "Creator" should have the submitting user's username.

Additional context

Probably due to this:

record_owner_username_warning
