Project Manteinance

We aim to have:

Create a .npmrc file from the .npmrc.template example provided in the repo.
Replace TOKEN with your own Github Personal Access Token with read:packages permission ONLY
Use npm install to install project dependencies.

Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.
