Em TODAS as Listagens:
1)criar a coluna de "#" do registro (numeração sequencial).
*Facilita a gente se localizar em qual registro se está posicionado.
2)criar dropdown para permitir alterar "qtd de regs por página". Ex: 20, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400...
*mostrar mais ou menos regs na página, cfe necessário.

*Atualmente são 100regs por página??
