u can download PACS datasets from this link:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B6x7gtvErXgfUU1WcGY5SzdwZVk?resourcekey=0-2fvpQY_QSyJf2uIECzqPuQ&usp=drive_link
and the metadata.csv is in the resources/pacs_v1.0 dirc.
