[Feature] auto off to save SmartRow batterie

Pirowflo stays forever connect to the Smartrow if the script is not stop. That could cause the batterie of the smartrow to be drained unnecessarliy.

After X amount of minutes auto disconnect from the smartrow in order it can get so sleep mode again. But the amount can be set too low as if a hiit training is performed the workout would be reset to early.

I would recommend that we stay connected to SmartRow while we have clients connected to our bluetooth gatt server. If we disconnect say 5 minutes after the app on your phone disconnects from the pi, we should be good to go for hiit classes and the like.
