If for some reason the docker container stops and restarts, currently opened notebooks will become untrusted (and will be indicated as such on the notebook toolbar) and will not automatically save (Indeed, they can't be saved at all).

In such cases, go to the notebook homepage, reload it, and re-enter the security token. The currently open notebooks automatically poll the Jupyter notebok server, so they should detect the new connection and resume their trusted status, as well as the ability to to save them (including regular autosaves).
