Provide an option/configuration to remove login form when provider is configured

Hi, It would be nice if we can provide an option to remove the login form when a provider(SSO) is configured. This will help with security as well and potentially not bot attacks on the login form

Please see the below screenshot for the Grafana Login page when we add the configuration called disable_login_form: true

So there is only one option to authenticate which is using the provider configured when we deploy the server.
