Actual behavior

Full checkpoint will record uncommitted txn change in catalog. which will cause replay failure.

Expected behavior

No response

Steps to reproduce

config full_checkpoint_interval_sec = 1, and delta_checkpoint_interval_sec = 0 in config file.
shutdown infinity when run run_pysdk_test.py and do checkpoint in parallel.
Then restart infinity will throw unrecoverrable error about wrong row count.
