There seems to be issues with the Lerna icon causing documents to not compile.

CharString: more arguments on stack than required

Removed Lerna from incompatGlyphs for now as it seems that compiling is fine now, but the icon still doesn't show up.

When opening SimpleIcons.otf with Font Forge, Font Forge complains:

Bad subroutine INDEX in cff font.
return when not in subroutine in lernaicon
In SimpleIconsFiltered, in glyph lernaicon, 'CFF ' advance width (0) and
'hmtx' width (1200) do not match. (Subsequent mismatches will not be reported)

I do not know where to change the CFF advance width or hmtx width, but maybe this helps nevertheless.
