armv7l (and other arch?) wheels

armv7l follow up from #193. And there's a host of other arches that Python tooling recently standardized support for and cibuildwheel gained support for building. We may want to round out the arch support so people don't have to ask for additional arches.

Would love to see at least this armv7l-arch for linux. it is still used and building on target is a big pain (slow af).
