4ec24a9 added $ZSTD_EXTRA_COMPILER_ARGS to easily add values to extra_compile_args=... passed to distutils.extension.Extension()

It would be useful to have $ZSTD_EXTRA_LINKER_ARGS that controlled extra_linker_args=... the same way
