The steps outlined in this discussion from the 2017 Summit are not clear in the plugin and should be.

"I want to..." categories.

Provide a list of the available plugins that one should install/activate based on what type of participation they want.

I want to associate my domain with myself on the internet
Mention which plugins will be good to help achieve that intent. MF2, etc.

I want to…broadcast my content,
Mention which plugins will help there. Syndication links, Webmentions, Micropub, etc

First steps todo list.

Perhaps upon first activation, redirect the user to a page that outlines first steps to take, what things are required to do afterwards, good ideas to do 3rd and 4th, and so on.

Also make sure to provide a link to return to the page later, in case someone navigates away or they want to re-review actionable tasks.
