Way to manually add events to lead profile. #175

Users will want a way to add/remove activity events. This should probably be tied into a UI overhaul.

events are stored into the wp_inbound_events table.

If you guys are working on a UI overhaul. I'd recommend checking out React as a UI library.

Using a UI library will help with future refactoring for adding new features and will help eliminate a lot of the legacy code debt that accrued from using jQuery in random places/disjointed places to build most of the UI
