The default forms are hardcoded via https://github.com/inboundnow/leads/blob/master/shared/shortcodes/js/shortcodes-plugins.js#L22 and aren't editable.

I think we would need to remove them to make them editable.

Instead of the https://github.com/inboundnow/leads/blob/master/shared/shortcodes/js/shortcodes-plugins.js#L22 to make the forms, we could automatically create them on plugin install.
