get_acoustic_detections() should be able to return entire set of detections registered by receivers.

The "get_acoustic_detections" function returns only the detections of transmitters included in a specific telemetry project. However, we would like to download the entire set of the detections originally registered by the receivers, which also includes detections of tags that are not in the ETN database or all the false detections of non-existing tags. This would be very useful to check for inconsistencies in the database (transmitters that are missing in the database but were detected by the array) and to analyze false detection rates.
