Thanks for this fantastic pipeline. It is really useful.
In the define_TCRfeatures_demo.ipynb, I want to repeat the analysis of TCR position-specific hydrophobicity. When running the following code,
define_TCRfeatures_demo.ipynb
phys = readRDS(paste(path_to_data, "aminoacid_physiochemical_feats.rds", sep="/"))
It seems that aminoacid_physiochemical_feats.rds does not exist in this repository. Would you please upload this file?
