Front-end: uploading Images in Moments and Strategies

Description

We would like to:

• Add a WYSIWG editor to the create moments model.
• Add support for image uploading.
• Customize the editor such that when an image is uploaded it hits the backend API endpoint that uploads it to Cloudinary and updates the DB entry.

Hey, @nilamjadhav awesome. So this issue is a part of a 2-part break down of #798 .

The first part(backend) is documented here #1480 and there is a PR that needs to get merged in order to set the stage for this issue.

I am totally okay to jam on how you can contribute to this.
