TLJH 1.0.0 500 error when clicking on Dashboards

I am not sure how to proceed here. I am trying to show how useful CDSD could be to my coworkers, and last year I installed it on TLJH following the same procedure and it did work for me.

Describe the bug
Clicking on Dashboards returns an http error 500 page

To Reproduce

• Install TLJH dev environment
  
• follow instructions to install CDSDashboards
• reload hub
• Get 500 error
• Follow instructions to avoid error
• Traefik proxy 1.6.0 cannot be installed: the-littlest-jupyterhub 1.0.0 requires jupyterhub-traefik-proxy==1.*, but you have jupyterhub-traefik-proxy 0.1.6 which is incompatible.
• Still get error

I mean, I don't think this is a bug per se but I am not sure how else to categorize it
