In rare cases (2 so far - not sure how to reproduce I see "mining error" on flips)
Recovering from it is problematic - when trying "submit flip" on 0.39.1 I am seeing this:

When "edit flip" I am seeing this:

with an older version of idena-desktop (0.33.0) - that I still have as it does not have annoying ads - "submit flip" fails silently and when "edit flip" I see:
