Improve "Add stake" UX #843

Currently "Add stake" can be a bit bumpy UX wise. E.g.:

As a user I see "Available: 42.0042 iDNA"
As a user I enter "42.0042 iDNA" to move all available funds to stake
As the app I answer "you can only add 42"
As a table I get flipped (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
...

As adding the max amount is the thing that should happen most there - I think it makes sense to either:

add a "max" button that fills out the correct max
allow to add stake with decimals (not sure if this can work - but I see I have a stake with decimals - so I do not see why not)
only show "Available" clipped to the value I can actually add
all of the above
