The idena desktop client does not show the Claim rewards button.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an oracle that has finished counting the votes
2. The Claim rewards button which would send the finish voting contract call does not appear.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The Claim rewards button should have appeared.
