Bug: No App Indicators

Excellent release number 65! Kudos!

One tiny quibble though: App indicators are completely missing on the primary monitor, and very tiny, almost imperceptible dots, on the secondary monitor. It may just be that they are displayed beyond the bottom limit of what my displays can show, or whatever. Anyway, you may want to look into this. No biggie.
