子应用配置了cached参数，好像无效，还是会重新请求 js 和 css 文件 #741

在使用官方ice3 的主应用和子应用模板创建的项目下，cached参数无效，子应用切换后还是会重新加载子应用的 js 和 css
是@ice/plugin-icestark的问题吗？
