Now that users are editing SKOS vocabulary files, we should introduce a schema file to make sure those edits are consistent and valid. My plan is to look at how this is currently done for the CEI-validation in the charter imports, and adopt something similar for when a vocabulary is saved.

Requirements for proper display in a glossary:

  • a concept needs a skos:broader whose @rdf:resource refers to a skos:topConcept
  • a concept needs at least one skos:prefLabel
