It would make things so much simpler if one wants to copy-paste it to a .md file.

Maybe keep the old format as "legacy" or something?

This has one con in that md requires prefix a and suffix | on each line. Which makes the real estate smaller if we keep the 80 col limit.

Should we abide by 80 cols even?...
