bundleLevelProperties in manageworkspace CR get loaded as 1 single long property in manage

When configuring new bundleLevelProperties, the list that gets added to manageworkspace CR translates to one long property in manage, instead of multiple mxe. properties. The whitespace isn't enough to separate properties, a line break is required.
