fix graphic acceleration

this will fix the graphic detection, i tried on a amd ryzen 7 pro 2700u with vega 10, and it works on monterrey and big sur. didn't try on ventura yet. https://github.com/NootInc/NootedRed remember remove whatevergreen

Not that I know, I couldn't get audio working on it
