Insert Local Image

I want to add a pic to markdown file like below:
![image](FINSC_LEDGER_REP.PNG)
it works on my mac,
but it doesn't work on my windows.
In windows, only absolute address works like :
![image](C:\FINSC_LEDGER_REP.PNG)

Does not work on Linux either. Just wanted to create an issue, but found this one.
