It has been over 11 months since the last commit.
Should I consider this project abandonware?

bumping this one, I poked my head in last about 10 months ago to see how things were going and just came back to it now and no updates since my last visit. I have not yet looked into any forks to see if someone else is moving forward...

Bobarr works well in its current state, however, if Bobarr is no longer being maintained, updates to services it depends on may break features.
Also, I ask because my usage has not been so smooth.

  • Symlinks don't work with Jellyfin ( I just forked and changed the command to hardlink).
  • The Move strategy will usually not move files, or it will not move all files when downloading a season pack.
  • The status of already downloaded shows gets stuck searching or downloading

Hopefully somebody picks it up, it feels much more streamlined than sonarr and radarr.

Hi, I'm using it at this state also works for my usage. I'm happy to take PR @karyeet but I don't have time to work on it anymore today.

For everyone else here trying to get a similar thing working, I created a Docker Compose file that pretty much does the same but uses Jellyseer as a request system (and Radarr/Sonarr).
