There have been many new features/improvements in the unstable branch over the last couple of years. These will be part of Newt 4.0. Let's test this Newt to make sure it's ready for a new release using the instructions here.

The latest in the unstable branch is deployed on our internal server here. So make sure to use this version in these tests, not the public Newt.

Watch the Newt-related tutorial movies here before testing.

Following are new stuff that will not be covered in these tutorials or the test document:

  • SBML support (new palette)
  • SBGN bricks (Edit > Add Using SBGN Bricks..)
